WELCOME TO THE 2024 - 2025 SCHOOL YEAR!

1. Register/Confirm information on Membership Toolkit

• Create or update your family and student information. Consent to share on directory (as applicable)
• Click on Volunteer & Store and:
  • Pay your PTO Dues. Dues grant access to school directory, finance classroom needs, teacher and staff appreciation events, classroom and student events, and so much more!

2. Order School Supplies

• Support Creek Valley and donate meals to families in need while ordering your school supplies through School Tool Box. You can also find the Supply List and shop on your own!

3. Purchase a GoMAD T-Shirt

• Purchase your go-out-and-make-a-difference t-shirt for $10. T-shirts are worn at the school-wide Pride Days on the first Friday of the month. 

4. Order a Yearbook

• Order your Yearbook for $24. All yearbooks must be pre-ordered. Yearbooks will be delivered to students at the end of the school year.

5. Get Involved

• Sign up to volunteer at lunch, sign up to be a Room Parent, or help at an event! We need as many hands as possible!

6. Label your Supplies!

• Make sure your supplies are labeled as you send your kiddos off to school! Order from Mabel's Labels, enter 'Creek Valley PTO (Edina)' and part of the proceeds will benefit our school

7. Save the Date: CV Parent's Night Out, November 15th at Pinstripes Edina
